Chef Mike and Owner Tony Rizzo Have a combined 50 plus years of experience in restaurant kitchens. Chef Mike has big city experience including stints in Baltimore and Pittsburgh. Owner Tony Rizzo got his experience working under his mother, Mildred Rizzo at Rizzo’s restaurant. During his years Rizzo’s he over saw expansion efforts and expanded the menu.

Working together Chef Mike and Tony strive to get the freshest ingredients to ensure the best food possible.

Catering and Banquest Chef Joe Topper has been with the restaurant for nearly 20 years and has over 30 years experience in the restaurant industry.
